How We Work
1. Preliminary Discussion
Our team will meet the client for preliminary discussion to know more about the project, such as the client’s expectations and requirements for the project.
2. Location Survey
A survey of the project location will be conducted to get a more detailed picture of what we need to work on.
3. 2D & 3D Design Drawing
Based on the client’s expectations and requirements, we will plan and draw the design for the client to have a clearer visualization of the project.
4. Budget Planning
After the design is reviewed and approved by the client, we will make the budget plan following the approved design.
5. Construction
When the client has approved of the budget plan, we will proceed to the construction phase which includes mob and demob preparation; site office building; material approval and the project construction itself.
6. Project Handover
We will then do the project handover with the client when the project construction is done according to the work order.
7. Maintenance
To follow up our construction services, we also provide maintenance services following the agreement and the specified time period on the work order.
